Meet the History
Olive trees and the Mediterranean sea have shaped Greek culture for thousands of years.
Our story begins more than eighty years ago in the hills of Chalkidiki, between the villages of Olynthos and Kalyves, in a place once known as Marmaro. There, generations of the same family have carefully tended irrigated groves of the prized Chondroelia of Chalkidiki olive — known for its large, bright green fruit and exceptional oil.
These olives are still harvested by hand, one by one, directly from the tree. The oil is cold-extracted within hours of harvest, preserving its naturally low acidity and rich concentration of polyphenols — the powerful natural antioxidants that give extra virgin olive oil its renowned health benefits.
In the tradition of Saint Nicholas — known for his quiet generosity and the giving of unexpected gifts — we bring you this sacred offering from Greece.
What began as a family’s careful stewardship of the land is now shared with you as Saint Nicholas Extra Virgin Olive Oil — a pure expression of Greek heritage, crafted with patience and offered in the same spirit of generosity that defined the saint himself.
A gift from the Mediterranean, brought to your table.
